Fresh Start (Scotland) is an Edinburgh-based charity that supports people moving on from homelessness to build a home of their own by providing essential household items such as bedding, kitchen equipment, and non perishable food items, alongside practical and social support to help individuals settle into their new tenancy with confidence. Through services like starter packs, access to white goods, and wellbeing programmes, they work with the community to help break the cycle of homelessness and give people a positive new beginning. We are proud to support this work as a local drop-off point for donations, making it easy for our community to contribute, with all items kindly received and coordinated by our Fresh Start representative, Jean Gordon who ensures everything is collected, organised, and passed on to Fresh Start and to those who need it most.
